All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving full payment.
Since our products are customised, processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard delivery time within India is 5-10 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier partner performance.
GIFTISHQ is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We may offer free shipping during promotional periods.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
GIFTISHQis not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is damaged on delivery, do not accept it from the courier.
In case you accept it, an opening video is mandatory for filing a damage claim.
